The inauguration of academic activities of Civil Engineering Association is on 22nd February 2017 made by Dr.GSankar (MD, Habitat group). Principal of Sree Narayana Institute of Technology, Dr. J George Chellin Chandran addressed the meeting. Dr. P.G Bhaskaran Nair presented the report of activities made by CEPTA in the academic year 2016-2017. A technical talk on the subject Low Cost Architectural is made by Padmasree Dr.GSankar. Students from all classes of Department of Civil Engineering had participated in various cultural activities. Awards are distributed to the academic toppers in University Examination, Paper Presentations were made by PG students based on Recent Trends in Civil Engineering. Paper Presentations were made by UG students based on Concrete as an Innovative Building Material. A Quiz Competition on Civil Engineering facts was held.The function came to an end at 3.30 PM.
