WORLD STANDARDS DAY CELEBRATION 2022

World’s Standards Day

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Student branch at SNIT in association with IEEE Kerala YP organized a session on Standards Day(14th October, 2022). The Speaker for the webinar was Mr. Madhusoodhanan Nair M, Associate Engineer, Electrical Section,  Enathu, Adoor. It was conducted on EEE Seminar Hall, SNIT, Adoor. The event discusses the vision of Standards day and the programs conducted based on this was make a quote competition, quiz competition, speech competition.

 The day helps to to raise awareness among regulators, industry and consumers as to the importance of standardization to the global economy. Also the day honors the efforts of the thousands of experts who develop voluntary standards within standards development organizations.
