Examination Cell

For the smooth and proper way of conducting exams, examination cell was established. Examination Cell is headed by the Chief Superintendent. Examinations are organized and scheduled by the examination committee. Examination committee comprises Chief Superintendent,Deputy Chief Superintendent and the supporting staff from each department.Conducting of all examinations is the prime responsibilities of the Examination cell. Further, Examination cell coordinates with the University regarding all examination matters. Any information either received or required to be sent to the University are being dealt with in the Exam cell. The Examination cell functions according to the rules and regulations of the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.

• Conduct of Internal Assessment Tests
• Preparation of Tentative Schedules for Internal Assessment Tests
• Preparing Hall Allotment and Seating Arrangement for University Exams.
• Preparing Attendance sheets for Internal examinations.
• Issue of Duplicate Hall Ticket
• Issue of Provisional Certificates
• Issue of Hall Tickets
