About SNIT Adoor Business School (SABS): SABS was established in the year 2013 as part of Sree Narayana Institute of Technology, Adoor. This is a well-planned campus and provides the natural magnificence of the environment where the managers of tomorrow enhance their skills.

The curriculum of SABS is kept up to date with the dynamics of the shifting business environment in order to provide students with the proper conceptual foundation, analytical skills and knowledge application ability. The emphasis is on experiential learning and comprehensive growth, with social awareness at its centre. The main educational techniques include lectures, simulations, and case methods. SABS evolved strategies to impart knowledge, observation & analytical skills through effective learning transactions so that the students can find meaningful solutions to face challenges in the emerging competitive world.

The sanctioned strength for the MBA Course is 60 seats per academic year.

Admission procedure:

Admission will be offered according to merit list prepared on the basis of valid CAT/CMAT/KMAT score of the qualified candidates followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview conducted at the institute.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A pass in any bachelor degree examination recognized by the University Grants Commission of  India securing not less than 50% marks in aggregate for General Category,45% marks for SEBC Category and a pass for SC/ST Candidates 
  • Students seeking admission to the MBA programme should have a minimum qualifying cut off marks is 15% for General Category and 10% for SEBC and 75% for SC/ST in any one of the following tests:
  • CAT (conducted by IIM)
  • CMAT (conducted by AICTE)
  • KMAT

The ratio to be adopted during admission with the above cut off marks shall be 80:10:10 for the Entrance Examination, Group Discussion and interview respectively, as had been laid down in the Directives dated 24th November 2015 of the ASC.
